1. Are products made with Organic/Natural Ingredients?

All of our products are made with organic ingredients. In the ingredients list, you will see that some ingredients are even organic certified. Our ingredients are of high quality and gmo free. 

2. Are products sulphate & paraben free?

Yes. All of our products are sulphate & paraben free

3. Do you use foaming agents? 

Any foaming agents used in our products are naturally derived such as from natural soap. Our Hand & Body Wash as well as Foaming Baby Hair & Body Wash have zero foaming agents.

4. How does the Foaming Baby Hair & Body Wash foam if it has no foaming agents? 

We use a special pump to foam the wash. There is absolutely no foaming agents in the product. 

5. What is the shelf life of products?

Depends on the product but 6-12 months.

6. Where are products made?

Most products are made in Queensland, Australia and some in Melbourne, Australia using all local Australian ingredients.

7. Can I pre-order any products that are out of stock? 

We sometimes have pre-orders available. You can register to "notify me" to be notified when a product is available. You are welcome to also contact us if you are after a specific product urgently and we can organise a pre-order for you if possible at the time depending on stock.

8. Do you do wholesale?

Yes. Please email us admin@asiyawellness.com.au if you would like to discuss stocking our products at your store(s).

9. Where are your ingredients sourced from?

Our ingredients are all locally sourced within Australia. We bring you the highest quality ingredients in our products that are prepared using ethical farming or sourcing. 

10. Are your products suitable for all ages?

Our products are suitable for all ages although we have a kids range available specifically designed for children over 2 years old. Our Foaming Baby Hair & Body Wash is specifically designed to be used from birth. 

Our All in 1 Soothing Balm & Breathe Easy balm is also suitable for all ages. 

Always spot test all products.

11. How long will postage take? 

We try to post each order promptly but usually within 5 working days. If your order is urgent, we have an express postage option. If you do need to pick it up urgently as we have a local pick up option also, please include a note when you're placing an order at the checkout so that we can prepare your order promptly.

12. Is there free postage?

Yes. If you spend $99 or more you are eligible for free standard postage. 

13. My hair is oily. Which shampoo/conditioner should I use?

Peppermint Shampoo is the best option for normal or oily hair. Skip the conditioner or use occasionally if you have oily hair.

14. My hair is dry. Which shampoo/conditioner should I use?

Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner.
